Every carpet, tile, rug, and upholstery service comes with our 30-Day Shell-Tight Guarantee. If a spot, spill, or odor we treated reappears within 30 days, or if you are not completely happy with the results, we will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge.


Does it cover new spills or stains that happen after cleaning?

The guarantee applies to any spots or odors that come back from a previous spill or residue we cleaned. If something new happens after your service, we can still help with discounted touch-up pricing. Accidents happen, and we will always do our best to keep your home looking its best.

Do you cover all types and colors of stains?

Yes, we cover every color and type of stain we treated during your original service. Some stains, like those caused by dye, bleach, rust, or certain chemicals, can permanently damage fibers or grout. In those cases, we will always tell you upfront what to expect before cleaning so there are no surprises later.

Do you cover pet urine and odor issues?

Yes, pet urine and odor treatments are included under the guarantee. If the smell or staining returns, we will come back once to re-treat the area for free. If the odor remains after a second visit, it usually means the padding underneath has been contaminated and may need replacement. We will be honest about what your best next option is.

What if I only need one small spot re-cleaned?

No problem. We will return to clean the specific area that needs attention. Our goal is simple, to keep your home spotless and shell-tight clean.

What if a stain lightens but does not completely disappear?

Some deep or set-in stains may not come out completely on the first clean. If a treated spot continues to fade over time or still looks uneven, contact us. We will evaluate it and re-clean if needed, or explain when replacement may be the better option.

What if my carpet looks uneven or stiff after cleaning?

This can happen if heavy soil has been lifted or if the carpet fibers are drying at different rates. It is not considered damage and usually corrects itself after a full dry and vacuum cycle. If it doesn’t, we are happy to inspect and make sure everything looks and feels right.

What about discoloration or fading after cleaning?

If cleaning reveals an existing discoloration or bleaching that was hidden by soil, this is not a new stain. We will point out any pre-existing color damage during the service so you always know what to expect.

What if I am moving furniture and a spot appears under it later?

If the area under furniture was originally cleaned by us and a treated stain reappears within 30 days, the guarantee applies. If the area was not cleaned because furniture was in place, we can schedule a discounted add-on cleaning.

How do I request a re-clean under the guarantee?
