Position Summary
As a Carpet Cleaning Technician and Customer Experience Expert, you’ll be the face of Snappy Clean. You’ll clean carpets, tile, and upholstery while giving customers an experience that’s professional, efficient, and memorable.
Schedule
Full-time, 5 days per week Some weekends may be required on rotation
Responsibilities
- Perform carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning services
- Deliver friendly, five-star customer service
- Educate customers on our process and recommend additional services when appropriate
- Maintain company van, equipment, and appearance
- Communicate effectively with the office team
- Help build repeat and referral business through great service
Requirements
- Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be 21+ years old (for insurance purposes)
- Must pass background check
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
- Reliable, friendly, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in carpet cleaning or similar trades (preferred, not required)
What We Offer
- $50,000 – $85,000+ per year
- Base + Commission + Tips
- Guaranteed daily pay or commission (whichever is higher)
- Average $1,200–$1,600 per week; top performers earn $80K+
